If you need an easy fall dessert, it doesn’t get much simpler than these 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars! You only need a package of chocolate chip cookie mix and a can of pumpkin to make them.

No eggs, no oil, no butter—just mix, spread, and bake.

These are perfect when you want something pumpkin-y without making a complicated dessert. They’re soft, moist, full of chocolate chips, and such an easy treat to throw together for fall parties, after-school snacks, or just because you have a can of pumpkin sitting in the pantry.

Why You’ll Love These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

The best part is obviously that you only need two ingredients. This is exactly the kind of Finding Easy recipe I love—something simple that still makes a fun homemade treat.

The pumpkin adds moisture and that classic fall flavor, while the chocolate chip cookie mix takes care of pretty much everything else.

A Few Quick Tips

Make sure you grab pumpkin purée and not pumpkin pie filling. Pumpkin pie filling already has sugar and spices added to it.

Because different brands and sizes of cookie mix can vary, keep an eye on the bars toward the end of the baking time. You want the center set without overbaking them.

And that’s it! Two ingredients and about 25 minutes in the oven. This is one of those recipes worth keeping around for the busy fall season.
